The recreational amenities will be owned by the Condominium Association and include a 1,900 s.f. clubhouse and a heated swimming pool. The clubhouse includes a great room, kitchen, bathrooms, library/computer room and a fitness area. Condominium owners may reserve the clubhouse for private functions.
